The Team at a Glance
Enrique Alatrista, REALTOR® is the Team Leader for The Windward Real Estate Group. He is responsible for negotiating all contracts, listing properties, communicating with sellers regarding feedback and market conditions, and networking with buyers and other Realtors. He also oversees and reviews the entire marketing program. With 10 years of experience, his expertise lies in his negotiating and marketing skills. Because he has an incredible team, he is available for our clients at all times. As the Team Leader, Enrique lead generates and provides the support the group needs for world class customer service.
Alicia Alatrista, Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, performs various administrative tasks to help facilitate all office transactions, handles our advertising and promotions as well as the management of all marketing materials for our listings, including submitting ads to multiple magazines and websites. She also takes photographs of our listings, creates fliers, and orders the Virtual and Multiple Listing Service (FMLS, MLS) tours, maintaining our multiple websites, and advertising with various newspapers and magazines. Alicias's creativity and experience make her a vital resource in the marketing of The Windward Real Estate Group's listings.
